Description
Well Crafted Kitchen and UNION Craft Brewing are excited to host our next Crafted Series: Mushroom Making with Well Crafted's team member and co-owner of Darlin' Corey Farm, Alison Devereux Brosnan & her partner Brody McAllister. During the workshop Alison and Brody will teach everyone how to inoculate logs with shiitake spawn in order to grow wild-simulated shiitake mushrooms. Each attendee will go home with a finished inoculated mushroom log that should produce within the year.
Join us for an evening of learning about Mushrooms, while enjoying Well Crafted Pizza and a UNION Craft Beer.
